Direct messages tend to have a slower response due to high volume of DMs. It is easy
for your direct message to get lost below all other messages. 
How Soon Will I Get A Response ?
Email response time is between 24-48 business hours. 
  Where Is My RaeBella Order ?
If you do not receive an email from RaeBella within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your spam folder. It is possible the email address entered may have been spelled incorrectly.  
If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email, please contact us for further assistance. 
How Should I Ship My Return Item ?
When returning an item, we recommend using USPS flat rate shipping as it is the most affordable shipping option. 
What Should I Include In Return Package ? 
Please include returning item with original packing slip. You may also provide us with your full name, order number and reason for return. 
When Does My Store Credit Expire ?
RaeBella's store credit does not expire and can be entered in the discount code box at checkout.
Can I Cancel My Order ? 
We're very quick at processing orders to make sure you receive it as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we're unable to cancel it. 
Can I Exchange My Order ? 
We are only accepting exchanges under certain conditions. If you would like an exchange, we highly recommend notifying our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your item. 
Why Has My Order Been Cancelled ?
Due to great demand, some of our items sell out rapidly, and an item you have ordered may become unavailable unexpectedly. We assure you that this is a rare occurrence. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you to confirm the cancellation of your order within 48 hours. If your order involves more products, we will ship the remaining items while refunding the out-of-stock item. In other situations, if our merchant is unable to verify your billing and shipping address, your order may be cancelled. 
What Happens If I Forget To Use Discount Code ?
Once your order has been placed we re unable to manually add the discount. Please not that the discount code may be sed on your next order if the code is still valid at that time. 
How Do I Unsubscribe From Your Emails And Newsletters?
Simply scroll to the bottom of our emails and click on the "Unsubscribe" link. 
Why Is My Order Showing Medium or High Risk ?
  • CVV is incorrect 
  • Billing and shipping address are not an exact match 
  • IP Address used to place the order is nowhere near the ultimate shipping destination 
  • Multiple failed payments attempts were made to place the order (raises concern of stolen cards being used) 

What Can I Do To Make Sure My Order Does Not Fall Under Medium/High Risk ?

When you plan order, please make sure it does not meet any of criteria above that may make susceptible to fraud. 

Make sure billing and shipping addresses match and that location of order is in the vicinity of final shipping destination.
